Time Specifications: While we cannot promise delivery at an exact time, we typically manage to deliver within four hours of receiving orders. You can suggest a preferred time slot in the special instructions while placing an order, and we will strive to meet your request.
Unattended Delivery Locations: If the recipient isn’t present at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel may, depending on the location, leave the gift in a secure spot for retrieval upon their return, possibly with a neighbour, or they may leave a message prompting the recipient to schedule a suitable delivery time.
Recipient Contact: Occasionally, our florist may reach out to the recipient to verify their availability for accepting the delivery.
Leaving Items at the Door: While customers may request for arrangements to be left at a specified location, we strongly advise against instructions for delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient is not present to accept it. We will not be accountable for lost or damaged items resulting from such requests.
