Step 1: Select Your Color Scheme & Style
Start by picking a color scheme and style that feel right for you. This choice sets the mood for your wedding, from the venue to the outfits. Go for colors and styles that you love, fitting the season and venue perfectly.

Got your wedding date, venue, and color scheme all set? And fallen in love with my blooms? Fantastic! You're all set for the next exciting step. Reach out through our inquiry form with all your details. This is the perfect chance to share your story and your dream wedding vision with me. Don't worry about the specifics like exact flower counts or types just yet. A snapshot of your style and a few inspiring photos are all I need to ensure we're a perfect match. Let's start crafting your floral fantasy!
Step 3: Quick Discuss around pricing
After confirming my availability, I'll send you a price guide and we'll chat about making your vision fit your budget. This chat ensures we're aligned, especially about what's possible within your budget—starting at $1950 plus 25% labor fee for our full services. We'll explore your style and budget to ensure your floral dreams come to life. Want to talk it over on a call?

Step 4: Securing Your Date
Once we've aligned on style, vision, and budget, a 30% deposit confirms your booking and secures me as your florist for dates 9 months or more away.
Booking closer, just 3 months out? A 50% deposit is all it takes. This step is essential to reserve your special day with us, ensuring we're all set to bring your floral dreams to life!
Step 5: Bringing Your Vision to Life
As your big day approaches, we'll reconnect to dive deep into everything about YOU. We'll explore your love story, your inspirations, even the details like your napkin colors, and how you envision your flowers enhancing the atmosphere of your day. This personalized session happens close to your wedding date to keep your vision sharp and accurate in our planning. I'll be meticulously crafting your inspiration board, organizing logistics, and coordinating with my team to ensure every detail of your floral vision is brought to life perfectly
Step 6: Full Floral Proposal
Four weeks before your wedding, I'll craft a detailed proposal filled with visuals, color swatches, descriptions, and a precise itemized list, all inspired by your story, love, and vision we've discussed. Then, about a week before the day, we'll touch base to finalize the schedule, iron out any last details, and confirm your floral vision. At this point, I'll also send over the invoice for the remaining balance of your wedding flowers. Excitement is in the air!!
