The sender has the obligation to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the day specified. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund because we fulfilled our responsibility by delivering on the date requested by the sender.

I needed to purchase some expressive flowers for a birthday gift and needed them shipped to the east coast to a hotel for a birthday party. 98 flowers worked with me through text message. The flowers were shipped overnight and made them it to the hotel in time. The flowers needed water by the time they arrived but that is expected.
