Because of the perishable nature of flowers, all products are non-refundable. Please check the flowers carefully before receiving them. 98 Flowers will not refund the orders that have been confirmed as received.
The sender has the obligation to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the day specified. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund because we fulfilled our responsibility by delivering on the date requested by the sender.

Originally my husband got me some flowers from this company and i had the wrong date for my flight. Then my flight got delayed, however whomever delivered the flowers was still there to make it happen. He even took a photo for my husband. One of the best flowers I ever received. I needed to purchase some expressive flowers for a birthday gift and needed them shipped to the east coast to a hotel for a birthday party. 98 flowers worked with me through text message. The flowers were shipped overnight and made them it to the hotel in time. The flowers needed water by the time they arrived but that is expected.
