Important Notes

Flower Arrangement Disclaimer

Fresh flowers naturally vary by season and market availability, so the finished arrangement may not be an exact replica of the product photos.

Our florists preserve the overall style, color palette and value. When needed, a flower may be substituted with one of equal or greater value.

✓ Your arrangement is freshness-checked before delivery or pickup.
Refund Policy
  • Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, confirmed orders are non-refundable.
  • Please inspect the arrangement at delivery or pickup and contact us immediately if there is a quality concern.
  • The sender is responsible for making sure the recipient is available at the requested address and time.
  • Refunds are not issued when a recipient refuses an order that was prepared and delivered as requested.
