Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, confirmed orders are non-refundable.
Please inspect the arrangement at delivery or pickup and contact us immediately if there is a quality concern.
The sender is responsible for making sure the recipient is available at the requested address and time.
Refunds are not issued when a recipient refuses an order that was prepared and delivered as requested.

Delivery & Pickup

Houston Local Delivery

Available within 60 miles of our store. Same-day requests are available before 3:00 PM Central. Delivery fees range from $20–$45 based on distance and are confirmed in Shopify Checkout.

Store Pickup

Pickup is available from 1862 Fountain View Drive. Most in-stock arrangements are ready in approximately 3–5 hours after confirmation.
