Care and delivery

Add a small amount of water to the floral foam every two days and keep the arrangement away from heat and direct sunlight. Always lift the tower from its base. Houston local delivery and store pickup only. Because of its height and weight, it cannot be shipped.

Rose shade and decorative details may vary slightly while the rose count, red palette, two-tier design, and value remain consistent.

Refund Policy
  • Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, confirmed orders are non-refundable.
  • Please inspect the arrangement at delivery or pickup and contact us immediately if there is a quality concern.
  • The sender is responsible for making sure the recipient is available at the requested address and time.
  • Refunds are not issued when a recipient refuses an order that was prepared and delivered as requested.
Delivery & Pickup

Houston Local Delivery

Available within 60 miles of our store. Same-day requests are available before 3:00 PM Central. Delivery fees range from $20–$45 based on distance and are confirmed in Shopify Checkout.

Store Pickup

Pickup is available from 1862 Fountain View Drive. Most in-stock arrangements are ready in approximately 3–5 hours after confirmation.
